1. Service Description

PostVoyage ("Service," "we," "us," or "our") provides image and video processing tools via a Discord bot. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostVoyage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PostVoyage. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Account and Access

PostVoyage uses your Discord account for authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PostVoyage to:

• Process content you do not have the right to use
• Create, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Generate content that exploits minors in any way
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscription and Billing

PostVoyage offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
• We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription if you are unsatisfied
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has specific usage limits (operations per week or month). If you exceed your limit:

• Additional operations will be declined until your limit resets
• You may upgrade your plan for additional capacity
• Unused operations do not roll over to the next period

8. Content and Data

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit to PostVoyage. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Processed Files: Processed files are stored according to your plan's retention period (7-365 days). After this period, files are automatically deleted.

Training Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data from processing operations to improve our algorithms. We do not use your content to train models without explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

PostVoyage and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

PostVoyage integrates with third-party services including:

• Discord (bot platform)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Microsoft Azure (cloud infrastructure)
• Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive (optional cloud sync)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

PostVoyage is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostVoyage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostVoyage and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
