Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an operation?
Each command you run (like !gif2sprite or !removebg) counts as one operation. Checking your tier with !tier or getting help with !help doesn't count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens to my files after storage expires?
Files are automatically deleted from our servers after your plan's retention period. Pro and Studio members can use cloud sync to keep permanent copies in their own OneDrive or Google Drive.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription if PostVoyage isn't right for you. Contact support@postvoyage.ai to request a refund.
What Discord permissions does the bot need?
PostVoyage needs permission to read messages (to see your commands), send messages (to reply with processed files), and attach files (to upload your assets).
